This digital contract follows the original PW Marina winter storage form, including optional winterizing services, storage-rate notes, and general yard conditions for the November 15 through May 10 season.
Deposits
$600 deposit required with contract. Shrink wrap requires a separate $300 deposit.
Spring Planning
If work is needed for spring commissioning, PW Marina asks to know by January 1.

- LOA includes bow pulpits, swim platforms, anchor holders, and similar extensions.
- The yard reserves the right to paint the bottom, scrub the bottom at haul-out, complete below-waterline work, and charge $10.00 per day for electricity.
- Yard labor rate is $150.00 per hour.
- All boat owners must remove the drain plug and maintain hull insurance.
For boat sales, outside contractors, spring work, or unusual requests, include notes in the form so the marina team can review them with you.

General Conditions
Winter yard policies from the original contract
- No outside professional labor may be brought into the yard unless approved, insured, and subject to the stated surcharge.
- Blow torches or open-flame equipment may only be used by yard personnel.
- No electrical equipment, including lights or heat lamps, may be left connected to any boat.
- Pumping required after launch is charged at regular yard rates.
- Customers should leave keys or combinations with the yard office.
- Boats for sale should be listed with the boat yard, and the yard receives a 15% commission on boat sales from the yard.
- Boat motors and all personal property are stored at the owner's risk, and the yard assumes no responsibility for loss, damage, or bodily injury.
- Outdrives and outboards left on boats remain the owner's responsibility.
- All bills are due upon presentation, with 5% interest per month after 30 days, plus collection costs where applicable.
- If anyone paints the bottom of a boat, a $400.00 surcharge will be added.
- All prices are subject to change, and any fuel or oil spills must be reported to the office.
- Trailers stored on the property remain the owner's responsibility and must have trailer locks.
- All invoices must be paid before launch, and launched boats must be removed within three days or a $50.00 per day storage charge applies.
